I am an Engineer in construction + inspection business and can work as working or rehab partner in tri-state / Central NJ area within about 1.5 hours (about 100 miles or so) area.

Philadelphia has the highest ROI at this time in this general area.

If this part of the country is of interest to you I could try to find some properties from local wholesalers (if needed).

We could hammer out initial formalities, as necessary and then put the plan in action.
