Horror stories...:). We definitely want to be aware of those...We would love to come see your current projects. Not yet decided on the zip codes, are there any we should absolutely avoid or not look at all? This coming weekend we were thinking of come out and checking the neighborhoods of few zips where there were houses we liked on MLS. If you are ok, we can come visit. Saturday is the only day that works(this week or next whatever works for you).

@Jaycee Greene Thank you. We both are in W2 and want to take this RE journey one step at a time, baby steps(scale the next 5 years and further). We are currently looking for SFH or Townhomes 3BD preferably with some rehab to do before we fix and rent it out. We are hoping when gather a good team we can explore other possibilities. Currently in the learning and forming phase :).

My husband Karthik and myself Vidya joined the Real Estate journey and just formed our LLC. We are looking to buy our first property in the Baltimore, MD area. Currently we are in the state where we are forming our team. Looking forward to knowing you all and being part of this larger group.
