I am asking for $300k, 25% return 9 months. Could be less. Closing is scheduled for Dec 29. I and my architect already had a pre-application meeting with the city of Golden. We have already made some changes to avoid re-zoning. We will only be going through sub-division process for this lot. This will drastically make the permit process much simpler. No town meetings needed!
