I’m looking for lending options for a 7 Unit Tenant Owned Home Park in Mobile AL MSA. It’s a total of 7 TOH, 1 Vacant, 2 empty pads.
-NOI is roughly 25k. PP is 175k
-Small Deal but looking for options as I will have my short term HML only for the 1st year and will need to exit into something longer.

Anyone have any brokers, lenders, private money options?
