Appraiser Insights!

Is the appraisal process a mystery to you...?? It is for all of us. Come participate in the discussion with Christopher Parten, a local appraiser, breakdown the process, share his insight and investor best practices. His presentation will focus on a few key areas:
1) The appraisal process so investors have an idea of what the property may be worth once the rehab/repairs are complete.
2) Which materials to choose to maximize after repair value.
3) Which upgrades do not give much, if any value?

We love having serious people who really want to take action to reach their goals and achieve the life that is truly available with the real estate business.If you have never been to our meetings but have heard about them and seen my emails, maybe it's time to take some action. Keep in mind the meetings are still free! If you were not sure what went on at these meetings, here is how each meeting goes.

6:00 Networking with other professionals and investors.
6:15 - Haves and Wants - Portion of the meeting where everyone gets to intro themselves and tell us what service you provide or what you might have to sell, or importantly what you want to buy.
6:30-7:30 - Main Speaker or Topic - Pros from many different aspects necessary to real estate investing come to give us their knowledge and expertise.

Meeting for the Athens Real Estate Investor Association
This a great place for experienced investors and beginners to connect and learn. Come and network with a bunch of people who know what they are doing and those trying to find their way.
