I'm in the middle of attending the 3-day seminar. The sales pitch is hard to ignore, and admittedly there's be some good morsels of information delivered in the first day. I'm going thru the 'boot camp' mentioned previously, one flip on the market, another two weeks away from being on the market. There's been ups and downs and I'm loving (almost) every minute of it. I can appreciate that FB has a ton of great info and support. But there's nothing like just getting out there and doing it. Victor

Hi BPers! I've started a blog documenting my adventures in flipping. Includes pics of how we found the house when we finally took over the property. LINK REMOVED BY MODERATOR Enjoy, Victor

Hi BPers! What should I keep in mind when considered buying a fire damaged house for a flip? Is there a point at which there's too much damage to be repairable? Should I turn and run away? Look forward to your advice! Victor

Update:  I switched to Internet Explorer and it's working fine.  For some reason isn't working with Google Chrome.

I've tried doing a couple of calcs this morning, but it gets stuck at the end when I'm trying to get the final product.  Anybody else having the same problem, or just me?  Thanks!

Welcome to BP! I would be understating it if I said BP has changed my life. When you personalize your request for a colleague connection, make sure you're not soliciting work or something of that nature. Keep it simple and save any solicitations for messages once you're colleague request has been accepted.
