@Jeremy Taggart also looking into house hacking right now. What were you lessons from your first house hack?

@Minh Nguyen I'm in your position as well! Glad you asked. All my research so far has pointed towards a 3 townhouse/condo. Wondering why multi-family? Some say HOA restrictions but interested in knowing more.

I’ve narrowed down my entry strategy to house hacking. This will be my first home/property. Looking to buy November 2020. Atlanta area. Anyone have any tips?

@Rodney Reeves this response/comment comes after 2 years but I kid you not, I’m literally in the same position right now, also in Atlanta and trying to jump into real estate by means of house hacking. Frankly, I want to know which route you ended up taking and how it’s working out for you? The good and bad. Thanks!
