@Steve Vaughanthanks

I was denied on my next loan due to having a new job job. What should I do wait and see if I get approved after they can use my OT or try another bank?

@Rich Ramjatan

Thank you, well I called the city and found out it’ll most likely get approved but they asking for the planning to be submitted with the application so it can be approved. I’m looking for an architect but with all of this happening is hard to find one and I want to start taking the small steps now and get it over with.

I would like to build a new house, I already have the land but I’m not sure what are the steps. I have the city application but it’s asking for a contractor and planning. Do I need an architect next?

@Kata Walters

Thank you for the help. Makes a lot of sense

@Nathan G.

Got it. Thanks, on an average how long does it take for you to be able to qualify for a loan with an LLC ?

@Terrell Garren

Thank you so much. Right now I have a $1MIL on the property I recently bought.

Which one would it be better to start dealing with rental properties, by starting my own LLC or doing it just under my name ?
