Thanks for your response & sharing your knowledge.
I've started seeing so many of the Tax Deed & Tax Cert sales & wondered re: Legitimacy of the sales.
I considered one that I was interested in as a home place ($5,000 price tag) prior to finding Bigger Pockets site..
When I asked the seller re: eviction & clear title the answer was: "Definitely!"
But; when I asked if there were copies of Legal documents re: Title, etc the answer was "No" & they removed themselves from the Messenger conversation..

I live in Alabama & I've seen Tax Deed sales listed on online markets by individuals.

1) Is resaling Tax Deeds legal in Alabama?

2) Can you evict occupants after purchasing a Tax Deed?

This is all new to me & I'm trying to decipher all the info I've researched but; just getting some plain ol' straight talk & facts would be great..
