Did any of you find a nice niche to invest in? (I mean a city with considerably sensible prices)

Yes, I was thinking about investing in Cambridge or maybe somewhere around Cambridge.

I heard that South Hampton is very, very hot too...
But since I live in Cambridge, it is easier here, although it is extremely expensive market.
