What credit cards do you recommend that give you a high credit limit? What are the pros and cons of these credit cards? Also any credit tips would be highly appreciated :)

Thanks for the response Kenneth! The house has a great backyard. There are mainly commercial buildings along the street so I haven’t found any comps on the street. This one is zoned for residential, which is interesting. It’s a main thoroughfare 35 mph. I was told it would be reduced by about 100k which after hearing your response seems like way too much!

There is a 5 bedroom 3 bath house located on a (not so good) busy street listed for 100k. Directly behind that street is a beautiful A/B class neighborhood with ARV's between 250k and 300k. Not taking anything else into account how much should I reduce my ARV based off the fact that it's on a street and not in a neighborhood? I thought I hit the jackpot! However, I'm a new investor and was told this decreases the ARV considerably. Thoughts?
