If you are self-motivated and independent, like you sound like, it is definitely achievable. I work full time and worked through the online classes and quizzes during nights and weekends for a few weeks and was able to pass the exam on the first try. I recommend going through all the quizzes again before you take the "final" course exam to refresh your memory. I got the exam prep course in the Platinum package bundle and it was very useful to go through it the day before the exam. Go to their facebook page. Often they will give 25% or more off their courses as well. Best thing about it, it was only $179 for the bundle with exam prep and post license course. As I wanted to keep the licensing costs down, and didn't have time to leave my full time job to go to live courses, it was a great choice for me.

Thank you SO so much! This is very helpful! And thank you for the youtube math instruction reference! Math is my weak subject so that will be very helpful for me! Thanks again!

Thank you so much Gregory!! I appreciate the advice!

Florida is one of the tougher states I've done, though, so I would study up a bit if you're passing in the 70's or 80's.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and thank you for the advice!! I really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for the advice! I will definitely look into them!

Hi!

My husband and I just moved to Florida and he is working for a RE investor and learning under him and I want to get licensed to be able to better work along side my husband.

I am pretty sure I want to do the courses online because I do fine learning that way.

Can anyone recommend the best and most credible online RE schools for Florida?

Thanks!

Victoria
