Have a salon with a water heater that was installed around three months ago, and the tenant has complained that it's having issues heating the water; I suspect it may be an electrical issue with the system. The commercial property is located in the Bronx, NY, anyone has any referral to a plumber or technician that could assess the situation and possibly fix it?

Hello to those reading,

I manage a family-owned commercial property and we recently received a letter from the NYC Department of Environmental Protection about installing a backflow prevention device. We're in search of a licensed engineer or architect to prepare a plan for a backflow prevention device in NYC. If anyone knows or can refer a licensed engineer or architect who can help us out.
