I manage a property with multiple retail stores, but I have a grocery store that needs work done on it. Does anyone know of a company specializing in cleaning commercial spaces? The store needs a deep clean of the floor, fridges, kitchen area, decluttering, etc., and it is in the Bronx, NY. I am looking for a company with a good reputation and high-quality service. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Have a salon with a water heater that was installed around three months ago, and the tenant has complained that it's having issues heating the water; I suspect it may be an electrical issue with the system. The commercial property is located in the Bronx, NY, anyone has any referral to a plumber or technician that could assess the situation and possibly fix it?

We're in search of a licensed engineer or architect to prepare a plan for a backflow prevention device in NYC. If anyone knows or can refer a licensed engineer or architect who can help us out.
