Hello Everyone,

I'm searching for a Canadian cross border accountant, preferably from Ottawa,Ontario, if not Toronto, Ontario would work too.

I do have a US accountant in the state of Florida that does my Us tax filling, I require one in the Canadian side to link up the two.

Any suggestions or contacts would be appreciated!

Hello Everyone!

I'm a active real estate investor from Canada and currently investing in Ontario (5 years) Canada. I started investing in the Us in January of 2012. I own in properties in Arizona and Florida. I just started my search and doing my due diligence in Cleveland, OH. My strategies are long term rental holds for cash flow and if the opportunity knocks I would open to fix and flips.

I started investing in Canada back in 2008, currently own 18 rental properties, mostly condo's and town homes. In January of 2012 I started investing in the Us, I own SFR's in Florida, and Arizona as well.

My current goal for the next 4 months is to cash flow $4000 per month in my current market (Cleveland, OH).

My long term goal is to replace my current salary and then continue the growth going forward.

Currently seeking, wholesalers / real estate agents, property managers, contractors, property insurance brokers and Lawyer to set up a LLC and Title company.
