Hello BP family,

I’m based out of NYC and it has been some what

been difficult to find a partner to wholesale with in

the area. Joined my local REÍA but not to many

investors that I came across was really interested.

My W-2 job gives me great access to properties that

is in distress etc… inside the New York City area.

Just tired of being complacent with all my resources.

Hi BP universe ,

I currently closed on my first house hack in Orange,NJ about a month ago . A 3-family investment property in which I will occupy 1 unit of course for a year or two . Currently renting a unit to the previous owner and finishing off the final touches for the 3rd unit to rent .

When I closed on the property immediately the appraisal value was $15k over what I paid for it. So $15k in equity at the dotted line .I have good knowledge on strategies for my next hack but I would like to hear some thoughts from the universe .
