@Carlos Tapia hey Carlos I am in Modesto ca. I also have the same issues too. But I mean house hacking will be good if the other side pays a lot of your. Mortgage. Plus you can have a lot of equity and refinance after the first year and go for your second one fha and then you’ll be better off to buy out of state and getting live experience is great specially us as newbies. You know ca prices are gonna keep getting higher each time.

Hey there so I’m looking to house hack soon. What requirements do you requiere your tenants? And what tools do you use to do background checks and credit score? And where do you usually advertise your duplex?

How many fha loans can we have? I wanna house hacking but I wanna know how many I can have in total if I refinance it to a conventional after a year is there a limit to that?
