Congratulations! That's amazing to know that another young person is going out there doing their thing despite what others our age are trying to do. Keep going and don't look back!

These points are great! I just recently came back to BP community after dedicating & focusing my past two months on obtaining my RE License and so far on my first deal these things apply in general as to looking back, reflecting on my why. But not just my Why, but like you have stated Who has been here to help me in each and every step of the way. The principal carried me out to actually following through each day I had a class session, especially that here in NYC it's a 75-hour course plus all the nights of studying. My first 200+ hours of RE are already fascinating. Thank you for the insightful 10,000+ hours of knowledge you condensed into your post, will surely help me and more advance.

Welcome to BP @Quinn Crow,

What I suggest is stay plugged in here in the community read many of the articles and blog post made by members on the site. Many gems laying around that help you find great discounted properties. Brandon makes these webinars weekly and from the 4 I've seen so far he finds a property live in realtor.com then later analyzes to see if its a great deal or not. Next webinar sign up for that ASAP, next thing is I'm also new to the community and from NY so I wouldn't mind connecting with you and talking more in depth threw PM.

First of all @Sean Casey Congratulations for reading and getting more knowledgeable in REI. I'm partially in the same shoes as you are, excited, motivated, and rushing to know more about real estate and all its glory. Wholesale was my first look into getting started but yes like you've mentioned the more we read about it the more and can seem to push away because in reality its not all cash free takes a lot of marketing and time for things to start rolling in the RE funnel. Brandon just did a great webinar on finding great deal in a competitive market I would suggest you sign up to the next one coming up their are filled with great snippets and tips that help.

With that said BP is great support place and system so keep posting and connecting with other users it's going to help you a lot when you have deeper questions that you can ask a more in depth question when you're building a relationship with these experienced members. To find some financing with no money on your part we would have to get creative but like one member suggested to me get connected with some members and lenders get pre-approved for a loan and jump in. If you have any doubts on a deal you find post it in the forums members here will help you with the analysis and give you more tips on what you should do.

@Jack Vaughn Thank you so much for your guide, I've been having this dilemma for a while shifting from place to place trying to find my specific location to search for homes. This helped refresh my mind :)

Congrats @J. Martin live the life!
