Its case by case and relative to the situation.

If someone bought a house 30 years ago for 200k fully paid off the mortgage and now only wants to sell for 200k, as long as they get 200k they feel like they've won when they sell. Now if a buyer wants the home for 200k then they win too.

Even if the house is worth 250k everyone still wins because the seller was happy with the sale price.

No one failed. The seller gets their sale price and the buyer gets a property with equity. Everyone had success.

Hello all!  So Im planning on purchasing more residential property with traditional bank funding. My problem is the down payment money. How is everyone accumulating downpayment money? I bought my first duplex by saving up but that takes forever. What is everyone here doing for this?

Thanks

Hello all,

Just an update on this property. I spoke with the owner and they are going to be listing it with an agent very soon if not already. Not sure what the price will be but I thought I just let anyone know who was interested that it will be on the MLS.

Thanks

I'm wholesaling a property in Bedminster new jersey. Property is more than likely a tear down and rebuild. I believe the opportunity is in sub dividing the land and building two houses. However you might be able to rehab. The town only needs one acre per lot. Not listed on mls.  About 3 acres. Contact me if you are interested.

Hello everyone!

It's hard to believe that I can give much if any value to this community as a new wannabe RE investor but I'm hoping I can do just that.

I would love to connect with other investors or wannabes like me.  I have day job,  two incredible young kids and wife, small e-commerce business, and a duplex.

Life seemed tough this year and I don't want to keep living paycheck to paycheck.  I hope to connect with good ethical people and I hope I can provide value in some way.
