Anyone else having problems renewing their Indianapolis landlord registration via the city's website?

That's quite the education. The other commenters have offered good ideas but here's some advice from an investor who also lives in Johnson County, Ind. I've had great luck with rentals. I bought my first nine years ago and now have 3. All on the south side of Indy. I'm still going strong. I had a tenant move out on Feb. 7; signed a lease with a new tenant on Feb. 27. Central Indiana is a great market for rentals, I've found. I'd buy another but I'm maxed out on conventional mortgages and haven't had the guts to try an unconventional. I'd be happy to talk to you in real life.
