Hey Vick! Thank you for the reply man. Yes I am. I basically look through the internet for about an hour a day and try to find something that resembles a good deal...i use zillow to do comps...and then reach out (cold) to the seller to check for price and availability

Hi everyone,

My name is Vic. Im currently working towards my license in CA but in the mean time I work as a Virtual Assistant for a group of investors in another state. Basically my job consist of looking for deals>calling up the seller>asking them for the price and availability of the property>relaying that info to the investors>they make an offer>I relay that back...etc...until they reach an agreement...after they reach an agreement I get out of the way and the investor contacts the seller directly. Is this legal? Am I violating any laws by contacting the seller on behalf of someone else?
