Add Value: to a community by purchasing a building that I Add Value to in order to add Value to the lives of those who live there. Everyone should be proud if where they live.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Mentored with my brother, read a book on Landlording. It made sense to have all units under one roof, one furnace, one sewer system...

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Realtor

How did you add value to the deal?

Small loan

What was the outcome?

First year. Was the BEST training ground, it was soooo hard. It was a crash course in all things difficult and challenging 🙃 . Which has prepared us to seek other opportunities.

Lessons learned? Challenges?
