I would like to add lease options to my investing. I have talked to attorneys in my area who do not know anything about them. I need to find out where to get the lease option agreement, thank you

I just listened to a part of a seminar for realtor about sending out letters to FSBO. Their suggestion was to send out a minimun of 8 letters and up to 13. Marketing is the name of the game.

I want to hold an open house and have a realtor run it. Yes, they will be paid. I do not want to list the house with the agent. I could get a lay person to be there, but I thought a professional would be better and it is a way for them to make money. 

When I want to get a realtor to work on my team, what do I say to introduce myself. I am not an investor, but offer a service to buy and resell houses. I want a selling agent to hold

open houses for me and run the sales end of the deal. Thank you

How do you find out if and where cash buyers are in a city or area to do wholesaling?

My name is Mary Stead, I live in Round Lake Beach, IL, have a grown son, am retired and working on RE Wholesaling. I love helping others and being a problem solver. I started learning about RE Investing or being a RE Entrepreneur, with Ron LeGrand many years ago. For the last 15 years, my son and I have gone through a lot of unemployment which left me a nervous wreck and living paycheck to paycheck. Therefore, I never got started with real estate until a year ago when I decided to just jump in. There are no REIA groups in my area with members who do wholesaling, so I am on my own. This year I have to get going and just do it which is what I am working on.

Hope this finds everyone well and prospering. I look forward to meeting many friends and hopefully some that I can network with. I am also interested in joint ventures. thank you
