@Greg F. Seems I have a lot to learn and research upon. What I would like is along the Costa line a condominium that's already built up. 

That's some good advice it seems I will have to divulge into this even deep and no I haven't been yet but I do plan on taking a trip down there this summer to check out various locations and make my decision based off what I absorb etc.., where would you say would be a good place to check out first?

ok I might have to look into that area as well, I was think more of something in the San Jose area since its the #1 go to place but might be just as pricey as the coral locations. What I am looking to do is invest in property for the same reason renting it out as airbnb but I need to guarantee that I'll have a good return at the same time, also more information in the procedure in buying a unit.

813 is not bad at all, did he happen to mention the location his home is, whether it's the business district or rural area and that sounds very terrible as well, my thoughts are to make the property I own of the airbnb nature.
