Let me know if I need to start a new thread:

I am looking to purchase a multi-family in EADO. Is it worthwile purchasing a multi-family or single family would be a better bet considering that in a few areas the area would go through gentrificaiton. Thx.

I could do that, but would be nice to get a recommendation for someone who has references from folks on this this forum.

Thanks for the pointer. I will talk to the planning department and get some ideas.. Cheers, Obaid.

Hi Folks,

I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can point me to an architect and structural engineer in the Bay Area (Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Walnut Creeek) vicinity.

Thanks, Obaid.
