Great advice. I’m in Chicago as well. I’m looking for distressed property to buy/fix up/rent.  Any advice or suggestions?

Thanks for the advice. I’m looking at multi-units on Chicago’s Southside.  I’m not oppose to buying into the surrounding markets, as long as, the real estate taxes are reasonable.

Currently, I brought a few properties on Chicago’s southside when the market crashed. I did some moderate rehab work, then rented the units.

I am currently looking to purchase a couple of 6-12 units within the City of Chicago. I’m open to other areas as long as the real estate taxes are reasonable.

I own a couple of properties and now I’m looking to expand to apartment buildings and flipping. Any advice or guidance is welcomed.
