Hi!  We are probably going to Florida as it is the state we know and we`d  been there for vacations many times. But we have some friends in Texas, in Arkansas and Chicago so those are options too. Investing in Argentina is not an option. Economy and governors in our country are really bad. And after having a baby we realized we prefer to capitalize our saving and invest in something that can even in a long term will be better. But this is a new market for us and we need to know the basics before we start! BTW Dawn, loved your signature quote!

Hi everyone!! We are from Argentina and we want to invest in USA in properties under 30k and rehab/repair ourselves ( my husband is very handy and can do plumbing, electrical, etc). We are really "newbies".  I have been searching and I can't find any realtor willing to help you if it is not a property above 100k.

Ultimately, our goal is to obtain an E2 visa and move to USA

I would appreciate some advice.
