Hi! My name is Vernon. I am a married father of 3 (2 boys, 1 girl). I presently work for Homeland Security. I am interested in improving my families fortunes and legacy through real estate investment. Presently, No money, Poor credit. I can't let that stop me though. I am here to pick the brains of some of you "Bigger Pockets Gurus". I want to learn as much as mentally possible. I am eager to learn and eager to listen. Any suggestions to where I need to start? Loved the video and I love the way it breaks it down into 7 simplistic steps. I am stuck in Step 1 (Knowledge). I want to master Step 5 (How to pay for it). How much knowledge does one need before they take action? Knowledge is forever? I have no money. Credit in shambles. All I have is the will.
