Do any of you know of some good funds either private or public that you can invest money in and they do the work for you and cut you a check each month? Just wondering if such a thing exists.

Ok there is a new subdivision right by a beautiful bay. Here is the issue. It goes Subdivision then railroad track then freeway then bay. If I get one of the lots that sits closest to the bay I will have a railroad track behind my back yard. But if I choose one of the lots further away from the railroad tracks & bay I wont have the beautiful view. So my question is basically which is better? living away from the tracks or having a view of the bay?

here is a google map link of the subdivision. It is south west of the green arrow there are two little fields, this is the one that is closest to the bay.

Let me know what you think. The lots away from the railroad tracks are 0.50 acres and the ones next to them are about .74 acres for the same price. ($81k)
