If I had 10k to spend right now, where should I spend it to get started on cresting 100k per year? There are condos here in Phoenix under 100k or duplexes at 250k. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Good Morning!!!

I would like to get opinions on strategies for Investing! I have read a few articles on investing and have owned many homes of my own, primary and rentals.

I am moving to a new area and am debating on my 1st residence.

I intend to buy several homes (flip and buy/hold) during the next 6 - 12 months.

In order to purchase several homes:

1) Would it better to be a renter, not owner of my primary residence

2) Or just purchase a primary and then invest

Thank you for your comments and suggestions!

Sincerely,

Karen :)
