So I came across a situation that I need help solving .recently I put a house under contract before the inspection took place on the property my real estate agent called and told me that the attorney called and said that the sellers didn't have the title because he just bought it at a tax auction 3 months ago.also he said to get the title it would cost me 3k in attorney fees.my agent then suggested that I back out of the deal.the number worked lovely on this property is there any suggestions on what I should do ?

On the county assessors page under the assessor data there is a portion that states structure description and it list a bunch of items what does the mean ?

I’m just embarking on my real estate investment journey. I want to know everyone opinion on the best way to pull comps (IE formula, website , calculator)

Thank you guys for all of your help I truly appreciate this

I had a question regarding multiple investor.me and three other friends are looking to purchase and rent out a few investment properties in the coming months. I would everyone to give me there opinion on these question below.

Legal wise what would be the best way to make sure everyone is help accountable for the investment properties?

Can there be multi people listed on one mortgage ?

Should we start off by creating an LLC or should we just purchase each property under our personal credit ?

As far as filing taxes at the end of the year how would this affect us?
