Does anyone in the Atlanta, GA area know an attorney that is helpful in giving wholesalers purchase and sale agreements? And also assignment contracts? I don’t feel comfortable using the contracts that I’ve found online. Or if you’ve received any contracts from a local attorney would you be willing to share? Thank you in advance!!!! It would be greatly appreciated!
