Understood,agree 100%,i had some ideas on this and looks that was all you said.I am self employed for over 4 years already and just worked on my tax write offs the past a couple days,that’s why was trying now to find out what is a better path to go on,thank you Stephanie!!!

Hi everyone from BP family,i have a question that received some answers on but not from professionals ,just friends so i am not sure,So

i am on my way to buy a first property at the end of the year for house hack and should i use my personal income when applying for a loan or my wife’s too,as a household income,even if i can get approved myself?i am a self employed,what is best answer

It wouldn’t cash flow if I would live in one of the units,but i even haven’t seen many of these kind of 2 units in my area,my if 3,4 units I won’t be able to afford it now as primary property ,look like I either have to look around further south or in Maryland

That’s right too,only this is not really easy currently as my wife works in our area and at least helps a little on our family budget with something,and it also will be supportable if we would acquire a first property,that’s why I don’t plan to commute too far now,but i got your general point,it make sense

This is so true,I thought about Maryland and a small commute,saw there is much cheaper for house hack and saving,thank you for your point!!!

Yes about $2300 is an average I could get,i was told by an agent
