@Thomas Glenn so excited  my wife and I closed on our first quadplex. Thanks for sharing the info on the insurance company, I'll keep it in mind. The quadplex in on Jeff Scott  Dr  in Weiss Addition, How about yours? How did it go with the duplex in cove? Good luck if you still under contract.

Hi everyone, I'm closing my first fourplex in Killeen and I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations on competitive insurance companies? Rental or homeowner insurance? I'll be house hacking in one the units. Thank you very much for your input.
