Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $30,000

This house was purchased for $250,000 and I put roughly $7,000 to rehab it.
Currently the bank's valuation is $331,000.

I scouted this property for my family. We purchased the property for $775,000 and the immediate paper valuation was $1,050,000. Currently remodeling and the ARV and targeted sale price is now $1,300,000.
