Hello! 

My name is Vanessa Ritchey!  My husband, Jason, and I are looking to connect to with anyone who has any good insight on investing in the Grand Rapids area.  We decided take the leap about 6 months ago in starting to build our Multifamily Portfolio. We currently reside in California but my husband grew up in Traverse City and Grand Ledge MI so we decided to start our investing journey out here. 

We are looking for smaller units from a duplex, fourplex, all the way up to 65 units in the Grand Rapids area.  

We would love to connect with anyone that knows about investing in this area and may have any tips that could be helpful as we begin our journey here!  Looking forward to connect with you all and thank you in advance for your help.
