Thanks! Spreadsheets to keep track of expenses and evaluate the performance of the property. 

After a full year of dealing with lenders, I am happy to have closed on my first piece of property in Brooklyn, NY!!! Does anyone have any useful spreadsheets and tips I could use going forward?

 Yes, it was real productive. I had to get some boots on the ground to make a decision on the market I wanted to invest in. I'm heading to Atlanta this weekend to do the same.
