I will be pretty straight forward. There is no information on the internet that you cannot get and learn. And you will be learning from people who are actually doing it. Think like an investor. Does the student loan sounds like a good investment? What's the ROI? I'm not saying college education is bad! I have college degree, but I graduated in Europe and didn't have to take a student loans. If I were you, I would rather get a successful mentor for 3-6 months and pick-up what he/she is doing. The ultimate goal to be successfull and that is your decition to make. Remember, the earlier you start working, the more successfull you will be. And today bigger value is being street smart, not school smart.

But that's more on SFR fix and flips, not sure if that will work for your situation. Would be interesting to get more opinions...

Hello David, There is a formula that a lot of investors use to get the maximum allowed offer. APR x .7 or .65 - repair costs = MAO

Hi, don't know if that will help you.. I moved to the states a year ago, and for some reson (lack of knoledge of how things work in America) haven't started building my credit score for first 9 months. So in May I got my first secured Capital One with no benefits but now have a score of 690. I also have some other payments that helped to build it from scratch in a few months. Its much easier to build a credit from 0 than rebuild...
