Quick side note as well before we chat, 2 lots for new construction with these comps, $85k a lot is very reasonable. Three lots at $56k each, for new construction in the $500k+, that neighborhood and school district then it makes this a home-run!

Hello BP family!

I have put if off long enough, excel has become to much of a pain to manage rehabs, rental incomes any and all expenses in between...

Quickbooks is $30 per month (I would need to have at least two user access). What is everyone using out there? Is QB my best option?
