Post: Email on an iPhone

I'm talking multiple signatures for the SAME email account. I have pre-written messages that I send to new leads and to follow up with leads. On my desktop, its simple to switch between signatures and in 2 seconds I have "written" an email.

I have yet to figure out a way to use this system on my iPhone, and instead I find myself manually replying to dozens of new lead emails a day. It takes much longer to manually type out the "i've setup a home search for you blah blah blah" email than to have it available in 2 seconds by saving it as its own signature in Outlook.

I was wondering if everyone had a solution to the need for multiple signatures within one email account on an iPhone?

I use my signatures to insert a standard message to new leads and I haven't found a way to switch through signatures easily like on my Desktop in Outlook.

The message is a bit long, so retyping it on my phone when I'm away from my laptop is time consuming.

How do you quickly respond to incoming leads that has been effective?
