Thanks for replying. Since I didn't hear from anyone I booked a room at Quisby. It's shared rooms but controlled by the hotel instead. Good luck room hunting. See you in a couple of weeks.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

It’s a single family I used to live in. I’m doing minor repairs and will be renting it out soon. I bought another property in June and moved into it, leaving this one available for me to turn into a rental. So exited to grow my portfolio, on to my next buy.

Single families are easier to rent out.

Getting a home loan to move into is easier that’s getting an investment loan with regular lenders.

Yes, I work with real estate agents on all my purchases. They have more knowledge and contacts that I do not yet have.
