It's great to see you're excited to start your journey. I'm in DFW but spend a lot of my time in San Antonio. Most of my family is from there so I'm always in an out of SA. I've recently began looking for a investment property there as well, we should connect and share different strategies and ideas. It's always great to network and have other points of view from like minded individuals. 

Have you figured out an investing avenue that excites you most? Whether it be STR or Mid-LTR, multi-family, fix and flips etc...? I know how hard it can be to take that initial plunge, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or just want to bounce ideas off someone. That's what this community is here for.

Have you looked into investing in small multifamily in San Antonio?  It's a great market and I think there's still a lot more growth in SA for small multifamily.

hey valeria! welcome! if you haven't yet, check out the events tab on BP, meetup.com, facebook events, and local fb groups for investors in your area, and try to find a meetup to go to! i've found that it's tough to get someone to meet for coffee or lunch, who has a LOT of really amazing knowledge to share. going to local RE meetups is an awesome alternative to this, and you can meet dozens of people in one night!
