@Katie Miller My Real estate goals for 2020 are to complete one wholesale deal. The reason why is because even though it's hard work and a grind to get a deal, I feel it's a good way for a beginner build capital for their business. Then I want to use this money, along with money I already have saved, to invest in a multi unit property to build passive income, and put me one step closer to gaining financial freedom!!

So I was wondering when using the BRRRR method, how exactly am I paying the hard money lender back. If they lend up to 75% of the ARV? After the rehab, I refi, but that wouldn't be enough to completely pay off the hard money lender AND reinvest in another property. Please help I'm confused.
