@Ryan Swan Hey Ryan wow nice resume, love what your doing would love to look more into the Phoenix area. I am currently investing in Bakersfield (sfh) but currently live in Los angles where I have my primary home and renting out a garage conversion.

Does anyone have a good handyman in Bakersfield ca 93306 I have a rental in that area that needs a couple things done. Thank you so much bp.
