I know what you mean about MLS. I am actually a broker and had to quit writing the deals for him because they were just too ridiculous. Tried to tell him what you suggested but as his wife I guess he doesn't want to listen to me, LOL. But I would like to start attending some of those meetings. I would like to learn a lot more about investing. Thank you so much for your reply.

Thank you. He did join and is trying to work some deals. Problem is that the offers have to be so low that in our Portland Oregon area market they are just getting ignored or turn down.  And the amount of profit he will make if one does end up working out is very low.  I think he may have to look in a different area. But again thank you so much for your reply.

Has anybody been to his training or have any info on him. My husband is going to pay the 1000 membership fee and I feel like that is a lot of money. He said that these guys fund deals- 100% but take 85% of the profit. Seems like a lot of work for small profit even if there is no risk becuase not using any of your own money...

Curious to hear opinions or comments.

Thanks,

Val
