Hi, 

I need your advice! Currently, I have two properties, one is primary, and the second is the investment property for rental purposes which will be ready by September 2021. My goal is to buy one more investment property. Moreover, my DTI ratio is 42% (close to 43%) which is acceptable by most commercial lenders or banks. What are the options left for me to buy another property within the price range of 320K to 350K with some positive cash flow?

PS- I have a 20% downpayment for the next property.
