It sounds like a nice service for handling maintenance calls. I'm just curious to hear if anyone used them and how are the prices on the work done by their maintenance contractors?

Hello does anyone have any recommendation for a place that can re-screen windows

My preference is to find a property management company that have their own maintenance people on staff and specializes in a smaller area around LAX. But if you know of any awesome property management company that services that area, please let me know as well. Thanks.

I have a tenant that has managed to piss off everyone in HOA. He always pays on time so there is no problem there. But he does not care much for social norms or cameras in the building and keeps doing things that are either violation of CC&Rs or bothersome to HOA and neighbors.

Previously HOA would give me a verbal warning but his latest violation was caught on camera and they sent me a written warning. In the letter, they said that would start issuing fines for every future violation.

Is there a notice that I can give my tenant, that would say that he is responsible for future fines issued by HOA? 3 days notice wouldn't work because he probably not going to commit the same violation but it would be something else.

Thanks guys for suggestions, I ended up using Beach plumbing and jetting out of Long Beach and they got the job done

Hi, can someone recommend a good plumber in South bay/beach cities area?

thanks

Do you have any recommendations?

thanks

I paid a contractor 50% deposit to replace the roof in my rental. They were supposed to notify me later when they going to do the job.

Now I come to find out that they already did the job last week, without notifying me.

Asked them for pictures that show that they tore out old roof and raised the A/C units before placing the new roof. They said they don't have it.

Anything can be done about this?
