@Christina Carey Thanks for the reply. Haha, I understand about the patience. I am looking for those flip-worthy homes and just need a good, trustworthy source to key me in on the areas to make sure the ARV is going to match what investment I am going to be putting into it.

I have a contractor who has done some flips in the Dayton, Cleveland, and Troy Ohio areas and has had some success. I am interested in looking for some deals in those areas. Does anyone have any advice on finding a good realtor source? 

Where is the best place to acquire pre-foreclosure and foreclosure lists for Ohio?
