Hello,

I've recently been searching, and have purchased my first property in the Columbus area. I am looking to buy a property in the Cleveland area, but don't know the area well enough. Does anyone have any suggestions or know a realtor familiar with that area and with experience in low cost, investment properties? Please let me know, Thanks!

Michael,

Do you know how much that usually costs and how long it usually takes?

Hello,

I'm thinking about buying a property listed as 2 bedroom, but theres a ton of basement space and I want to convert it to a 4 bedroom. I read that you need to have certain window dimensions in basements and a lot about specific height and width. Does anyone know any info on this? And is it easy to put in a new window in a basement?

Thanks

Hello,

I am new to all of this but have been doing research for a couple months. I graduate college in December and then want to buy my first property shortly after. I was wondering if anyone has experience buying property at such a young age. If anyone has any advice on how to start with low risk properties it would be very helpful. Also if anyone has any idea how much money I should have saved before I go out and get a mortgage. I really appreciate any help or advice given. Thanks!

I'm completely new to all of this and just trying to learn more about how real estate works, and how it can be profitable for people. I am still in college and don't have a lot of capital, but am in the process of building up my credit s eventually I will be able to secure funds to get started.
