I read a few of your posts Person5352 and it looked like you were in the same boat as myself. So I thought you might benefit from what I have found. I see now that you believe you know what you need to know in RE investing. I'm not trying to sell anything I don't need your money I have plenty of my own. I just trying to spread the word of NRU because it is a great opportunity.

So in closing for all of you that think I'm trying to "sell" you something don't respond I'm not losing anything, you are. I'm just presenting a great opportunity to anyone that might want or need it. Just as it was presented to myself.

I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving with your families,
Urcinus

atlantainvestor,

I'm not trying to sell NRU to anyone. I knew a little about real state before but in the month I have been involved in NRU I have learn so much more. I have also had the opportunity to network with some very knowledgable and wealthy people. I'm very excited about this opportunity and wanted to share it other people on this forum.

Not everyone out here trying to break into the real estate investing market has your experience or knowledge on real estate investing. Some of us need a little help and a good network of people to motivate in the right direction and to minimize risk.

I'm going to this next college to learn about wholesaleing. Maybe we could work together sometime.

Some people ISA's try and try to sell the product. I look at it as it's a chance for people to eventully get out of the rat race. But like I said it's not for everyone and I will never push someone to join. I have told people I have talked to that their personality would just not fit with our community and refused to sign them up. Our community really has a great "pay it forward attitude" and thats the kind of people we are looking for to work with.

Thanks for the help Guide

I see your point. But what they will do is just a presentation to see if this program is for you. At the end of the meeting you will be asked if your a 1,2, or 3.

1. I'm 100% in

2. I like it but have questions

3. Its not for me.

Thats the most selling you will get.

I will let all of you know how it goes. Our community has meetings all over the country. If you are interested in just checking out what NRU is all about let me know. It won't cost you and dime and I PROMISE no one will try to sell you anything. NRU is a very unique opportunity.

Thank you,
urcinus

whytehouse,

What kind of investments can you find? The company I'm getting my student loan from might be falling through. I'm currently at masters level. I charged it to my credit card just to get the 7 day right of rescission over with.

hproperties I don't think you were putting me down at all. "One man's meat is another man's poison" The thing we all need to make money is: FAITH in what we are doing. And I believe that NRU is different from real estate "gurus" of the past and present.

I joined as regents. I got a student loan for the amount. I was about 2 weeks from making a offer on a house when I found NRU. I want to know everything about something Im going to do. So when I found NRU and they are education based it was the right thing for me. I could go out and invest my money now but Id rather learn about the field before just throwing my savings into it. One of the biggest parts of NRU is the community I have met some very succesful people that are willing to help me through the buying process just because we are in the community together.

Its not a get rich quick program. If you put your head to it and apply yourself it will work. And they offer so many classes so I can study any kind of RE transaction I would like to get involved in.

Let me know if this sounds interesting to you!
