Hello to all in the community, I have recently started a Property Management/ Tenant Placement company in Maryland and I'm looking to solicit potential LandLord's. What's the best way to go about this?

Thanks, I don't have a license, but, I have done my research and found out I wouldn't need one in the state of Maryland. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
